Appliances
Contact the manufacturer directly with model and serial number, closing date, description of problem.
Emergency
During our business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.), call Justin at 801 560-5124 or the office at 576-1133.
After business hours or on weekends or holidays, contact the trade or appropriate utility company directly using the emergency numbers you received at orientation.
Non-Emergency
E Mail to jjsons.com or bring in your written list of items to our model home at Eagle Ridge Estate in Suncrest. You can find service request forms at the end of your manual or you can request more by calling our office.
Storm Damage or Other Natural Disaster
Contact your home owner�s insurance agent immediately. Contain damage as much as possible without endangering yourself. In extreme situations, photograph the damage.
